Conveyancing Fees
The fees given below are indicative and are average for transaction of that nature, they do not take into consideration complex matters or matters that are protracted. They are exclusive of Vat and Disbursements.
Disbursements are items of expenditure that are necessary in your transaction and that are paid to third parties. By way of example, they include items as counsel fees, expert fees, home office fees, immigration health charges, court fees, in conveyance transaction they include items such as paying landlords (or managing agents) for their leasehold information pack, local authorities for the land charges searches and paying water authorities for water and drainage searches. Also included are telegraphic transfer fees, land registry fees and stamp duty.
Fee Earners:
The fee earners are the Principal (A S Ali) who is post 18 years qualified Solicitor, Mr Lal Khan post 8 years qualified Solicitor, Hasan Mahmud post 8 years qualified Solicitor.
Civil Litigation:
We offer competitive hourly rates, for fee earners with 8 or more years’ experience the rate range from £229–£267; we also offer fixed fees in certain matters.
We can also offer conditional fee agreements (CFA) (‘no win no fee’). If we enter into a CFA there will be circumstances where you may have to pay, such as if the court award the other side their costs and or damages to be paid to the other side.
Landlord & Tenant:
We offer competitive hourly rates, for fee earners with 8 or more years’ experience the rate range from £229–£267; we also offer fixed fees in certain matters.
